On Saturday, October 31, Belmont students attended Petopia Grooming Salon's Howl-O-Ween adoption event. Our volunteers worked with Freetown Sanctuary by walking dogs up for adoption around the event, working the booth and more! One of our awesome volunteers even took on the task of being Goofy, pictured above.

Our volunteers made great friends and had an all-around great time. The Freetown Sanctuary organizer, Jessi, was kind and incredibly grateful for Belmont's support. Jessi and her organization made such an impact on our volunteers that three of them applied for a dog! Ashley McGlinsey, pictured here, applied to get her "soulmate" Windy, who is a Chihuahua mix.  The Freetown Sanctuary looks forward to working with Belmont again in the future.
